Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms

• You must initially agree to the Terms if you wish to use the Service. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Service.

• Only using the Service constitutes acceptance of the Terms. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service will be interpreted as acceptance of the Terms from that point forward.

• You may not use the Service or accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to establish a binding contract with Article Sigma., or (b) you are barred or otherwise legally prevented from accessing or using the Service under the laws of the country in which you domicile or acquire or use the Service.

• For your convenience, you should print or keep a local copy of the Terms.

2. Modifications to the Terms

Article Sigma retains the right to amend the Terms at any time, for example, to reflect changes in the legislation or policy reforms, or to change the functionality provided by the Service. As a result, you must review the Terms frequently to keep up with any changes. You must prevent using the Service if you do not agree to the revised Terms. Ongoing use of the Service just after Modified Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the Amended Terms.

3. Limitations on usage in general

It hereby gives you permission to access and use the Service, subject to the specific terms set out below, and you acknowledge that any failure to comply with any of these conditions will constitute a violation of these Terms on your part:

• You undertake not to disseminate any portion of the Website or the Service, including but not limited to any Content, in any form without Article Sigma’s prior written permission, unless Article Sigma makes such distribution possible through features provided by the Service.

• You undertake not to change or modify any component of the Website or the Service;

• You accept not to access Content by any technology or means besides the Website or Article Sigma. It may expressly state that it is for this reason.

• You agree not to circumvent, deactivate, or otherwise interfere with any security-related aspects of the Service or features that (i) prevent or restrict use or copying of Material or (ii) impose limits on the use of the Service or the content obtainable through the Service.

• You commit not to use the Service for any of the below commercial purposes until you first acquire explicit permission from Article Sigma:

i) the provision of access to the Service for a fee

ii) the selling of advertisements, sponsorships, or promotions that appear on or within the Service or Content;

iii) the sale of advertising, sponsorships, or promotions on any page of an ad-enabled blog or website featuring Content provided over the Service unless otherwise acquired from Article Sigma.

It displays on the same page and is valuable enough to serve as the foundation for such transactions.

• You commit not to use or launch any automatic system (including, but not limited to, any robot, spider, or offline reader) that uses the Service in a way that sends more request messages to Article Sigma. It can serve more servers in a given amount of time than a human can moderately produce in the same amount of time by using a publicly available, standard (i.e. unmodified) web browser;

• You undertake not to acquire or harvest any personal data from any Website or Service user.

• You undertake not to use the Website or the Services (along with the Website’s comments and email capabilities) to solicit business in the course of business or conjunction with a commercial venture.

• Without any of the prior written approval of Article Sigma or the relevant licensors of the Subject matter, you may not duplicate, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, license, or otherwise use any Content for any other purpose.

• Article Sigma allows public search engine operators access to employ spiders to copy items from the site solely to establish available to the public navigable indices of the content, but not caches or archives of such materials. Article Sigma retains the right to withdraw these exceptions in general or in particular circumstances.

• You acknowledge that you are entirely liable for (and Article Sigma has no liability to you or any other party for) any violation of your duties under the Terms, as well as the consequences (including any loss or damage suffered by Article Sigma) of any such breach.

4. Policy Of Copyright 

• It has a clear copyright policy in place for any Content that is believed to breach a third party’s copyright.

• Article Sigma will terminate user access to the Service if a user is judged to be a repeat infringement as part of its copyright policy. A repeat infringer is someone who has been warned about infringing conduct more than twice.

5. Your affiliation and legal agreement with Article Sigma

• It is comprised of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement (collectively called the “Terms”).
• In respect to your use of the Service, the Terms constitute a legally enforceable agreement between you and Article Sigma. You must take the time to read them thoroughly.
• The Terms apply to all Service users, including those who provide Content to the Service. 

6. Content Terms

• The term “Content” refers to the text, software, scripts, images, pictures, audio, songs, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features, and other elements that you may access, access, or add to the Service.
• You may contribute Content as an Article Sigma user. You acknowledge that, whether or not Content is posted, Article Sigma does not guarantee Content confidentiality.
• You maintain full ownership rights to your Content, but you must provide Article Sigma and other Service users limited license rights. These are mentioned in the following paragraph of these Terms (Rights you license).
• You acknowledge and accept that you are entirely responsible for your Content and the consequences of uploading or publishing it. Article Sigma does not endorse any Content or any opinion, suggestion, or advice stated therein, and explicitly disclaims any liability relating to Content.
• You understand and agree that you have (and will continue to have) all appropriate permits, rights, consents, and permissions to allow Article Sigma to use your Content to provide the Service, and sometimes even to use your Content in the manner seriously considered by the Service and these Terms.
• Article Sigma is deeply devoted to defending and promoting free expression. We prioritize our users and want to guarantee that everyone feels secure and welcome as a part of our community as long as their conduct is under the Terms of Service.
• You accept that you will not publish or upload any Content that contains anything illegal for you to possess in your home country, or that Article Sigma would be illegal to use or possess following the services of the Service (including Terrorism material).
• “Terrorist content” refers to any information whose propagation corresponds to terror suspects indicated in Directive (EU) 2017/541 or terrorist offenses specified in the law of a Relevant Jurisdiction, along with the dissemination of pertinent data generated by or attributable to terrorist organizations or entities listed by the European Union or the United Nations.
• You concede that Content submitted for the Service does not include any copyrighted works from third parties, or material subject to any other proprietor rights of any third party (including privacy rights or advertising rights), other than formal permission from or otherwise legally permitted by the registered proprietor to post the subject material and provide Article Sigma with a license.
• Abusive information against Terms can be reported immediately by email to Article Sigma. Detailed information and the sample of the report may be found on the reporting page of Abuse.
• You also accept and recognize that you may be exposed to material that is factually incorrect, insulting, insensitive, or otherwise objectionable to you when using the service. With regards to any of these Content, you agree to waive and hereby waive any legal or fair rights or remedies that you have or can have against Article Sigma.

7. License Rights

You grant while uploading or posting Content to Article Sigma:

• Article Sigma has a global, non-exclusive, free, transmittable license (with the right to sub-license) for the use, reproduction, distribution, preparation, display, and execution of derivative works of this content, including without limitations to the promotion and redistricting concerning the provision of the services and otherwise of the Service and the Article Sigma business.
• A global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to every user of this Services to access your Content through the Service, to the extent permitted under the functionalities of the Service and these Terms and conditions, to reproduce, distribute, prepare, dispose and perform derivative works of this Content.
• When you erase or delete your Content from the Website, the permissions assigned in Content by you above cease. You give the above-mentioned licenses in textual comments as content everlasting and irreversible without prejudice to your property rights, which you maintain as stated in the above-mentioned paragraph.

8. Legal Agreement

Your use of the ArticleSigma.com website and any ArticleSigma.com Services, and data feeds, etc provided to you on or from the Website by ArticleSigma.com (collectively the “Service”) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and ArticleSigma.com. By posting your content on ArticleSigma.com you agree to our terms and conditions which means your published content on Article Sigma will not be covered under any copyright law and ArticleSigma.com will hold the rights to reuse/share the published content on our Partner or Affiliate websites. 

9. Monetization

ArticleSigma.com holds the right to monetize the published content and the Authors/Writer cannot claim any fee/share/money for their published content. ArticleSigma.com is not liable to share any profits or stake with the writers/authors for the content published by them. Therefore, please be advised that by publishing your content on our website you agree to our Terms and Conditions which means “You grant to ArticleSigma.com the right to monetize your content (and such monetization may include displaying ads on or within content or charging users a fee for access). This agreement does not entitle you to any payments/Salary/Remuneration etc.

10. Article Sigma website content

All other content on the Service is owned and/or licensed by Article Sigma and entitled to the rights of copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights of Article Sigma or Article Sigma license holders, except for Content supplied by you to the Service. Any trade or service mark of third parties which is present on contents which you don’t upload or publish are trade or service marks of the respective owners. Such content may not, without the prior written approval of Article Sigma or, where appropriate, be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, communicated, broadcast, displayed, sold, or otherwise licensed or operated for any other cause. All rights not expressly provided in and to their contents reserve to Article Sigma and its licensees.

11. Links And Hyperlinks From Article Sigma

• Hyperlinks to other sites not owned or managed by Article Sigma may be included in the service. Article Sigma does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of any site of third parties, nor takes any liability for them.
• You recognize and agree that Article Sigma is not responsible for the availability and endorsement of any advertising, goods, or other content on or accessible through any of such external websites or resources.
• You understand and agree that Article Sigma does not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise due to the availability of external websites or assets, or because you are confident that any publicity, products, or other materials on or obtainable from such websites or resources are complete, accurate or available.
• Article Sigma advises you to be aware of your departure from this Service and to review each other’s terms and conditions and privacy policies.

12. Warranties exclusion

• None of the Terms affects any statutory rights you always enjoy as a consumer and which you cannot agree to change or renounce on a contractual basis.
• “As is” and Article Sigma is given for the Service.
• Concerning them, it gives you no guarantee or representation.
• Article Sigma especially. It does not constitute or warrant that to you:

i)Your usage of the Service will satisfy your needs,

ii)Your usage of the Service must be continuous, timely, safe, or error-free,

iii)any information you acquire from your use of the Service is correct or reliable and

iv)any software that you supply as part of the Service will remedy faults in the operation or functioning.

• The Service has no conditions, guarantees, or other terms (even implied terms of good quality, intended fitness, or description), save as specifically stated in the Terms.

13.  Liability limitations

• The responsibility for damages not legally excluded or limited by the law of Article Sigma shall not be excluded or restricted by anything in these Terms.
• Under paragraph 13.1 above Article Sigma, subject to general regulation.
• For it is not responsible to you:
• any losses that you could cause, whether indirect or consequential. I any profit loss (incurring either directly or indirectly); (ii) any loss of goodwill or reputation of the business; (iii) any loss of opportunity; or (iv) any loss of information you may suffer;
• Any loss or harm as a result of which you may suffer:

i) any dependence you have on the completeness, accuracy, or presence of any advertising or any connection or transaction that may arise between you and a sponsor or advertiser whose advertising is shown on the Service.

ii) any modifications that Article Sigma may make to the Service (or to any aspects of the Service) or any permanent or temporary ceasefire;

iii) Removal, corruption, or failure to preserve any information on Content and other communication data that is kept or sent by or via the Service;

iv) Your inability to give proper account information to Article Sigma;

v) Your failure to maintain safe and secret information of your password or Article Sigma account.

• The limits in paragraph 13.2 above on Article Sigma responsibility apply, whether Article Sigma was told of or should have known of any such damages.

14. Legal Conditions

• The terms comprise the whole legal agreement between you and Article Sigma and govern your use of service and substitute any previous Service agreement with Article Sigma. The Terms of Service may exclude from time to time any other terms of the agreement that Article Sigma and any of its subsidiaries may have in existence.
• You accept that You may receive an e-mail, postal mail, or posted message on the Service with Article Sigma, including those concerning changes in the Terms.
• If Article Sigma does not execute or enforce any right or remedy mentioned in the terms and conditions (or which Article Sigma benefits from any relevant legislation), this shall not be seen as a formal exemption from Article Sigma rights or remedies, and Article Sigma still has such rights or remedies.
• If any tribunal with the competence to determine this subject finds that any provision of these Terms is unlawful, the provision is deleted from the Conditions, without affecting the other Terms. The remainder of the Terms is still valid and applicable.
• You recognize and agree that any member of a group of businesses to which Article Sigma belongs is a third party beneficiary of the Terms and that any provision of that terms that gives them benefits (or benefits for them) is entitled directly to be enforced and relied on by such other undertakings. Outside of this, the third-party beneficiary of the Terms is not any other person or entity.
• Polish law shall govern the terms and your interaction with Article Sigma. You and Article Sigma agree to refer any legal dispute arising under the terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland. Nonetheless, you agree that Article Sigma may still seek in any country for an injunction (or other comparable forms of urgent judicial relief).
